These courses develops aspects of Shiatsu by fusing energetic work with membrane releases, fascial unwinding and passive, gentle structural re-alignment.

Shiatsu Shin Tai can easily be integrated with any other form of bodywork.

Liz will present a detailed diagnosis and techniques for the freeing of the information system which includes the Governing Vessel meridian.

Cost for each pair of 3-day weekends £400, deposit of £100 by 1st March for the April block.

Liz is a former senior teacher of the British School of Shiatsu-Do and Director of The Glasgow School of Shiatsu has studied with Saul Goodman, the pioneer of Shiatsu Shin Tai, for 25 years. She has also received teachings from Ohashi, Pauline Sasaki and Shizuto Yamamoto over several years. She studied Craniosacral Therapy with one of the leading teachers in the UK, Thomas Attlee, at the College of CST.
