Small, friendly classes to support your changing body. We target specific muscle groups which need to be strong to help you move with ease as your bump grows, and we also work with the pelvic floor in preparation for labour. As well as strengthening work, there is time to stretch, unwind your tensions, restore and rebalance your energy and enjoy the new life within you.
The classes run on a drop-in basis so you don't have the added hassle of trying to find a course with suitable start and end dates. However, please let me know if you are coming so I can make sure the class never has more than six people in it.
These classes are suitable for all stages of pregnancy - as the class is small I can make sure everyone is doing the work they need to be doing for their needs. As always, call with any questions.
