We have 3 meditation classes each week that you can drop into or book a term of classes for:

Wednesday lunchtime 1-1.30pm
Thursday evening 5.45 - 6.45pm
Friday morning 10 - 11.30am

Guided Healing Meditation
with Jane Hill.
5.45 - 6.45pm
£7 drop-in or £90 for all 14 weeks

Jane leads a guided meditation each week, helping you to experience compassion, joy, love and healing and to deepen your spirituality Suitable for everyone, and open to everyone, of any faith or none.

Wednesdays 1 - 1.30pm
£3.50 drop-in or £6.50 for this and the other lunch time class on Wednesdays, Chi Gung 12.30-1pm
With Tamsin Grainger

Take some time out of your busy day to sit still. This class will provide a quiet space for contemplation. You will have a basic introduction to a range of meditation techniques such as walking, breathing, chakras, and visualisation. Open to everyone and non-denominational.
