It is a scientific fact that the brain cannot tell the difference between fake laughter and real laughter - it produces exactly the same physiological benefits:

Join Jo of the Laughter Network for her Laughter Workshop (or “Playshop” would be a more accurate description!) of deep breathing, laughter exercises, fun and games.

Laughter Workshops are a great introduction to the health benefits and the science of laughter and also allow you to learn all about the history and principles of Laughter Yoga which started in India in 1995. But this is also an opportunity to explore your creativity, sense of fun and childlike playfulness in a safe and supported environment in order to feel happier and healthier. You will feel enabled to throw away your inhibitions and learn how to use laughter in everyday scenarios to reduce stress and manage life's challenges. You are welcome to attend as many laughter workshops as you like but many people go on to join our Laughter Club after attending a Laughter Workshop in order to continue and maintain regular laughter practice.
