It is a scientific fact that the brain cannot tell the difference between fake laughter and real laughter - it
produces exactly the same physiological benefits. Hearty laughter boosts your immune system,
releases endorphins, raises the heart rate to boost circulation and oxygen uptake, and reduces stress
and tension.
The sessions include laughter exercises, deep breathing, laughter meditation, guided relaxation and also teaches how to bring more laughter into your life with some simple practices.
You will leave looking and feeling younger. And you will learn through regular laughter practice how to be healthier and happier.

Laughter Club is a way to access a regular laughter session led by a qualified Laughter Yoga Leader in a 1 hour session.
