Moving Zen Classes conducted by Sensei Frank Sargent 5th Dan (I.O.G.K.F.)
Class times Wednesdays 12.30-1.30 and 7.45 to 9.00pm.

Newly qualified after 3 years training, Frank is also available for Shiatsu acupressure massage appointments (1 hour or Seated) on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays most weeks.
£35 (Conc. available). He is also a Seated Shiatsu practitioner.
