Do you find that .....

• even though you start off with good intentions you end up shouting and arguing with your children?

• you hear yourself saying all the things to your children that you never meant to say ?

• you are feeling desperate, exasperated or exhausted?

• you want to do things differently but are not sure where to start ?

In our workshops, we shall explore new ways to approach difficult situations, ways which are effective in encouraging co-operation while avoiding punishment and blame.

Learn how to express yourself clearly and honestly, fostering greater connection between yourself and your children.

Practical, creative, interactive and do-able methods.

Please bring an example of a situation which you would like to have handled differently but are not sure where to start.
